On March 14, 2023, at the UNESCO Headquarters in Paris, at the initiative of the Permanent Delegations of Tajikistan, Afghanistan, India, Iran, Iraq, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Pakistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan, a solemn festive event took place on the occasion of celebration of the International Day of Navruz.

The gathering was attended by the heads of diplomatic missions, managing staff and representatives of UNESCO Secretariat, ministries and agencies, scientific and cultural circles of France, as well as Tajik diaspora.

The Permanent Delegation of Tajikistan to UNESCO arranged an exposition with national Tajik dishes, promotional materials and photographs of Tajikistan.

A cultural program by masters of arts was presented for the guests of the event.
