On June 9, 2024, the First Deputy Foreign Minister of the Republic of Tajikistan Mr. Ismatullo Nasredin received the copies of Credentials of the newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Czech Republic to the Republic of Tajikistan Mr. Lubomír Frebort.

During the meeting, the sides exchanged views on current state and prospects for development of bilateral relations between Tajikistan and Czech Republic and other issues of mutual interest.

The First Deputy Foreign Minister congratulated the Ambassador of the Czech Republic on his appointment and wished him success in his diplomatic mission in Tajikistan.

On May 24, 2023, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan Muzaffar Husseinzoda received the Ambassador of the Czech Republic to the Republic of Tajikistan (with residence in Tashkent) Vaclav Jilek.

 

 

 

During the meeting, the parties discussed issues of cooperation between Tajikistan and the Czech Republic in the economic, political and humanitarian spheres, as well as exchanged views on the interaction of the two countries within the framework of international and regional organizations
